The 2nd edition is made because it was necessary to update first RED that was build with SP3 5508 Beta and left with few bugs
with single core computers etc. People are still downloading first RED, so I thougt it is better to have choice. Also it is not
justified to keep further that old OS. This new edition is with similar look like the old one but with different Windows core.

Now the Base for RED is Windows XP Professional SP3 - 5.1.2600.5512
More than 200 post-SP3 Critical updates and Hotfixes are updated till 6
